Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Seller

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (the “Terms of Sale”) govern subscriptions to plans and purchases made through VeriFixScan. They supplement the Terms of Use.

2. Plans and Pricing

The plans offered are: Free, Pro, Full Audit, Business, and Enterprise, together with AI Credits packs. The prices below are based on the service’s current commercial configuration and are identical to those displayed on the Pricing page:

Prices are in euros, including all applicable taxes. As an individual entrepreneur operating under the French VAT exemption regime (“franchise en base de TVA”), VAT is not applicable (Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code), unless otherwise stated on the invoice. The Enterprise plan is subject to a customized quotation issued following contact with the seller.

The exact content of each plan (scan, page, and website limits, history duration, analysis categories, and features) is that displayed on the Pricing page at the time of purchase.

3. Orders

Subscriptions are made through the application after creating an account. You are redirected to a secure payment page hosted by Stripe. The order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed; the plan or credits are then automatically activated on your account.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. Bank card details are entered directly with Stripe: VeriFixScan does not receive or store them. We receive only the information necessary to monitor the transaction, subscription, and billing (customer and subscription identifiers, billing email address, amount, status, and invoices).

Subscriptions are billed according to the selected plan; one-time purchases (Full Audit and AI Credits packs) are charged only once. No additional fees are charged by the seller beyond the displayed price.

5. Subscriptions, Renewal, and Cancellation

The Pro and Business plans are monthly subscriptions with automatic renewal, charged on each due date until cancelled.

You may cancel at any time from the Billing section of your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for: your access and plan features remain available until that date, after which the account switches to the Free plan. As long as the current period has not ended, you may cancel the scheduled cancellation from the same section.

Cancellation does not result in a prorated refund for the current billing period.

6. Full Audit

The Full Audit is a one-time purchase with no subscription or automatic renewal. Its price is the price displayed in the table above at the time of purchase. It provides access to the features and limits defined for this plan in the service configuration at the time of purchase.

7. AI Credits

The available AI Credits packs are as follows:

Purchased credits are separate from any monthly quota included in a subscription: the monthly quota resets with each billing period, while purchased credits remain associated with your account. The service does not apply an expiration date to purchased credits; they remain usable for as long as your account exists.

AI Credits are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be converted into cash.

8. Invoices

Payments and invoices can be accessed from the Billing section of your dashboard. Receipts and invoices are issued through Stripe.

9. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers generally have a period of fourteen (14) days to withdraw from a distance contract (Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code).

For digital content or services provided immediately, this right may end early: pursuant to Articles L221-25 and L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, by requesting immediate performance of the service (launching an audit or using AI Credits), you agree to begin receiving the service before the withdrawal period has ended. If the service is fully performed, the right of withdrawal can no longer be exercised; if it is only partially performed, the amount payable remains proportional to the service already provided.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact contact@verifixscan.com and indicate your order. This right does not apply to professionals acting within the scope of their business activities, unless otherwise provided by applicable law.

10. Refunds

No automatic refund is provided by the service. Any refund request must be sent to contact@verifixscan.com and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable law, these Terms of Sale, and the right of withdrawal where applicable. Any approved refund will be processed through Stripe using the payment method used for the purchase.

Legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects apply under the conditions provided by applicable law.

11. Suspension and Non-Payment

In the event of a failed payment, unpaid amount, fraud, or serious breach of the Terms of Use, access to paid features may be suspended, and the account may be restricted or deleted.

12. Complaints and Consumer Mediation

Any complaint must first be submitted to contact@verifixscan.com.

In accordance with Article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, consumers may use a consumer mediation service free of charge to seek an amicable resolution of a dispute, after first attempting to resolve the matter directly with the publisher. The contact details of the competent mediator will be provided upon request at the email address above.

European consumers may also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

13. Changes to the Terms of Sale and Governing Law

These Terms of Sale may be amended; the version applicable to an order is the version in force at the time the order is placed. These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. Consumers may bring proceedings before the court of the place where they reside.
